Child Welfare Education Liaisons (CWELs)

If you are a child welfare education liaison (CWEL) in a Colorado school district, you’ve come to the right place.

Because of the requirements of HB22-1374, you are required to complete the course Educational Rights for Students in Foster Care (WBT). You will need to complete the course in the CWTS learning management system (LMS) to meet this requirement, and you will need an LMS account. Once you are logged in, you can quickly find the course under Find Learning>Required Courses.
