Medium-County Learning Coordinator

Camilla Haight, BS, joined the CWTS team in December 2024 as a medium-county learning coordinator. She facilitates learning for new caseworkers and supervisors and is passionate about equipping learners with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to work with families they serve and teams they lead.
Camilla graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in human development and family studies. She started her career in Denver in the residential setting, working in various roles with at-risk youth. In 2011, she was introduced to child welfare when she became a permanency caseworker in Jefferson County. After relocating to the Western Slope, she joined the Routt County child welfare and adult protection team in 2014. She worked as a generalist caseworker until 2020, when she transitioned into the supervisor role. After spending so many years in the field, Camilla recognized her desire to impact the child welfare system at a macro level, making the county learning coordinator role with CWTS a perfect fit. She brings her well-rounded experience and rural county lens to learners and the CWTS team.
When she is not working, you can find Camilla collecting adventures. She and her family love the outdoors and enjoy adventuring in their OHV, camping, chasing celestial events, and traveling.
